Copying actuals allocation lines

You can copy allocation lines to create a new allocation line from an existing allocation line or create a copy of an existing allocation line. You can copy allocation lines between allocations that exist in the same allocation control or in a different allocation control.

Select Processing > Allocations > Allocation Control.
On the Actuals tab, open an allocation.
Click the Lines tab and select an allocation line to copy.
Select Actions > Copy Allocation Line.
Specify this information:

Allocation Control

Select the allocation control where the allocation to copy the allocation line to exists.

Allocation

Select the allocation to copy the allocation line to.

Allocation Line

Specify the name of the new allocation line.

Description

Specify the description of the new allocation line.
Click Submit.
