Defining or verifying required Infor information

Before you convert data to the Infor solution, you must define your Infor solutions and specific information in each, or verify that they have already been defined. The solutions and the information that you define are determined by which Infor solutions are purchased and the business requirements determined in the implementation planning phase.

For each solution to which you interface data, there are specific structures and codes that must be in place first. This required information is what you must define (or verify it is already defined) in this phase:

• Fields used for the specific information that will be interfaced
• Reports used to produce listings of defined values
• Reports used to define missing valid values
