Creating item lifecycle management reports

  1. Select Analysis > Item Lifecycle Management Reports.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Select a Item Lifecycle Management Group.
  4. Specify this information:
    Report Name
    Specify a unique name for the report.
    Frequency
    Select the length of time for each period. For example, quarterly is a three month period.
    Number of Periods
    Select the number of occurrences of each frequency to include in the report. Maximum number is 12.
  5. You can select Include Current Period or Specify Report End Date, but not both. Include Current Period includes the current period as the end point.
  6. Click Save.
    The tabs show the reports sorted in various ways.
