Adding an email-enabled printer for IDM

When an email-enabled printer is added for IDM, you can print documents by sending them to the email address of the printer. Only application administrators can perform these steps:

  1. Select Application Administrator > Financials > Shared Processes > Printer Setup > IDM Printers.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    IDM Printer
    Provide an IDM Printer name for the printer record in FSM.
    Printer Name
    Provide a name for the printer.
    Email
    Specify the email address of the printer to use as recipient of the emailed documents.
    Description
    Provide the description of the printer.
  4. Click Submit.
