Settlements
Settlements represent a payment that is received from a Payables company for one
or more invoices of a Receivable Company.
The header detail represents the payment and the associated invoices that are paid. When the payment is released, the actual Receivable and Payable payments/remittance records are created with the same payment number as the Settlement number.
Three menu items are available to view and create intercompany billing settlements:
- Released
- Unreleased
- Reversed
