Creating IDM, PDF, or .rtf template select lists

You can set up and upload created templates that can be assigned to the invoice or Federal Financials and Supply Management report format.

  1. For IDM templates, select Financials > Project Ledger > Setup > Document Template Setup > Project Document IDM Templates.
    For PDF or .rtf templates for project invoices and grant federal reporting formats, select Financials > Project Ledger > Setup > Document Template Setup > Project Document Templates. Click the Project Invoice Format tab for invoices. Click the Grant Federal Reporting Format for the Federal reports.
  2. Click Create and locate the template to use.
  3. Click Save. A sequential format number will be assigned.
