Creating company customer invoice types

Use company customer invoice type codes to define an inclusive set of invoice type codes. Billing Invoice or Receivable Invoice selects invoice type codes that are limited to those defined for a company customer. If no codes exist at the company customer level, then you can select from the master list of invoice type codes.
  1. Select Financials > Receivables > Manage Customers > Company Customers.
  2. Select a company customer record.
  3. On the Invoice Types tab, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Invoice Type Code
    Select an invoice type code.
    Payment Terms
    Optionally, select a payment terms code to be associated with the customer invoice type code.
    Default
    Select Yes if this code is the default company customer invoice type code for billing and receivables invoices.
  5. Click Save.
