Purging bank transaction history

Use this procedure to delete historical bank transactions, bank fund transfers, cash receipt deposits, and bank statement periods.
  1. Select Bank Transaction History Purge.
  2. Select the Cash Management group and the cash code information.
  3. In the applicable field that you want to archive, specify Yes and specify the cutoff date. Otherwise, specify No and leave the Cutoff Date field blank.
  4. Select the transaction type and the transaction code.
  5. In the Report Distribution section, specify this information:
    Bank Transaction History Purge Report
    Select ReportDocumentIDAssignment.
    Report Export Type
    Select the format of the output file.
  6. Click Submit.
