IDM templates setup for Receivables

Infor Document Output Management (IDM) is used to create templates that can be attached to the Receivables company. Templates, fact sheets and XML files that are located in the system contain all of the information required to set up the IDM Templates. These templates include:

• Advanced Dunning Letter IDM templates
• Basic Dunning Letter IDM templates
• Receivables Statement IDM templates
• Payment Request Notice IDM templates
