Creating document management interface rules

  1. Select Financials > Payables > Payables Setup > Document Management Interface Rules.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the rule.
    Description
    Specify a description for the rule.
    Type
    Select whether to create a rule for Company, Payment Terms, or Currency.
    Rule
    Select a custom group rule from the list.
    Company
    Select a company. This field is only available if Company is selected as the rule type.
    Payment Terms
    Select a payment term. This field is only available if Payment Terms is selected as the rule type.
    Currency
    Select a currency. This field is only available if Currency is selected as the rule type.
  4. Click Save.
