Cash account setup

Cash Management can also be used to process your bank transactions and gather bank account information. Before you can use it for this purpose, you must perform these additional setup tasks:

  • Create financial institutions
  • Create cash accounts
  • Create relationships between your company and the cash codes
  • Define bank transaction codes and payment types. These records are also used in Payables and Receivables

You can also define credit lines, stale dating and escheatment accounts, and adjust cash account balances for incorrect cash balances.
