You can copy a dimension structure and its hierarchy. The structure is copied to the same dimension.
Select Financials > Global Ledger > Setup > Finance Enterprise Group > Maintenance.
Open the finance enterprise group and click the tab for the dimension that you defined.
Select the dimension structure to copy.
Select Actions > Copy Structure.
Specify this information:
New Structure
Specify the name of the new structure.
New Description
Specify a description for the new structure.
Make New Structure Active
Select the check box to make the new structure active.
Click OK. The structure is created in the same dimension. If a hierarchy exists in the copied structure, then the hierarchy is also copied to the new structure.
