Creating finance resources from employees

Finance resources are loaded from employee records. A resource must be created as an employee before they can be created and used as resources in Cash Management.

  1. Select Resources > Resources.
  2. On the Dashboard tab, in the Resource menu, click Create.

    You can also create finance resources from the List tab.

  3. On the Details tab, specify this information:
    Employee
    Select the employee to be the finance resource.
    Reference 1 and 2
    Specify up to two references.
    Title
    Specify a short description to identify the account in lists and to show on other pages.
    US Resident
    Select this check box if the finance resource is a US resident.
    Invoice Submitted For My Approval
    When this check box is selected, the finance resource receives email notifications for invoices that require their approval.
    Invoice Rejected
    When this check box is selected, the resource receives email notifications for invoices that are rejected.
    Address
    Optionally, specify the address of the finance resource.
  4. Click Save.

    Invoice Approval Assignments and Smart Reconciliation tabs are available.

    Finance resources can attach an image to their record.
