Enabling contextual application

Your account must have administrative access to view and configure Admin Settings. See Infor Ming.le Administration Guide.

  1. Select Account Options > Admin Settings > Manage Context / Utility Apps.
  2. View the list of available contextual and utility applications.
  3. To view more options, select a contextual application to be enabled. For example, select Requisition to Invoice Payment.
  4. On the Context/Utility App Details page, click the Permissions tab and select the option to which the contextual application is enabled for use. You can select one of these options:
    • Add New Users and/or IFS Security Roles: Select this option to enable the contextual application for added users only or roles.
    • Grant access to all users: Select this option to enable the contextual application for all users.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Check if the enabled contextual application is available in the context panel.
