Analyzing rebates

By analyzing rebate data, you can identify the rebates already received and the rebates you are still expecting.
  1. Select Manage Contracts.
  2. Select a contract.
  3. Click the Rebate tab.
    This information is displayed:
    • Vendor
    • Rebate Type
    • Frequency
    • First Rebate Due Date
    • Rebate Category
    • Active
  4. Select the rebate that you want to analyze.
  5. Click the Rebate Due Dates tab.
    This information is displayed:
    • Reporting Due Date
    • Payment Expected Date
    • Expected Rebate
    • Received Amount
    • Remaining To Be Received
    • Current Purchases
    • Percent To Be Paid
    • Loyalty Percent Achieved

    When there is a received amount on the rebate or an expected amount calculated, the Rebate Analysis tab is displayed.

  6. Click the Rebate Analysis tab to view a bar graph of the received rebate amount versus the expected rebate amount by due date.
  7. To view qualifying invoices, open a rebate due line on the Rebate Due Dates tab. On the Contract Rebate Due page, if there are qualifying invoices, the Invoice Line Detail tab or Invoice Detail tab is available. Invoice Line Detail and Invoice Detail contain a list of invoices, and you can open forms to see more details.
