Contract deliverables

Contract deliverables are used to identify the outputs that are required as part of a contract's terms and conditions.

In Contract Management, deliverables are most commonly used for grant-related contracts where reports, research, inventions, and training sessions must be accounted for.

In IT-related services contracts, deliverables can include the completion of certain documents or testing phases.

These are the ways that notification emails for upcoming deliverable due dates can be sent:

  • Run the Send Email Notifications Of Deliverables batch program. You can schedule it, even for recurring runs.
  • Run the Send Immediate Email either action for a specific deliverable contact or for a different person.
