Scheduling a process

  1. Select Close Administrator > Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. Select the process and click the Schedule button. The Schedule window shows the defined period calendar for the process.
  3. In the Schedule section, select the Schedule From and Thru periods for the process schedule.
  4. Click OK.
  5. To view all scheduled process periods, select the View Schedule tab.
  6. Review the scheduled begin and due dates to ensure that they are the correct dates for your process.
    Note: You can change ownership on a process, subprocess, or task after the period has been opened for work.
  7. To make any adjustments to the schedule or process, select the Manage Process tab and update the process definition. To view those changes on the schedule, repeat the schedule action for that period.
  8. To view all one-time tasks, select the Manage One Time Tasks tab.
