Adding comments

The Receivables Manager can use these steps to add comments to a customer representative's profile.

Comments are visible only to the Receivables Manager.

  1. Select Financials > Receivables > Setup > Manage Customers > Customer Representatives.
  2. Open a customer representative record.
  3. On the Comments tab, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Title
    Specify a comment title.
    Comment
    Specify comment text.
    Attachment
    Optionally, attach a comment.
  5. Click Save.
