Validating company customers with customer representatives

  1. Select Financials > Receivables > Setup > Manage Customers > Customer Representatives.
  2. On the Needs Validation tab, select a customer representative.
  3. A list of Suggested Company Customers is displayed.
  4. Verify that the highlighted customer representative data matches the highlighted company customer data.
  5. On the Suggested Company Customers tab, click Link To Customer Representative.
  6. If there are no suggested company customers listed, or to see a complete list of company customers, select the All Company Customers tab.
