Requisitions Analytics reports

This table shows the reports that are available in the Infor d/EPM Platform Dashboard for Inventory Control. Select Infor d/EPM Dashboard > FSM Reports > CloudSuite Financials > Widgets > Requisitions Widgets and select the report name.

Each widget has an equivalent detail reports. To view this, select FSM Reports > Cloudsuite Financials > Requisition Reports and select the report name.

Approved to Unapproved Requisitions Shows a representation of approved and unapproved requisition lines per period. A related detail reports expands on this data by calendar period::
  • Approved Line Count
  • Days From Requisition Approval to PO Creation
  • Days From Requisition Creation to Approval
  • Not Approved Line Count
  • Requisition Line Count

Average Requisition Line Quantity and Value Shows the average requisition demand in terms of Average Requisition Line Value and Average Requisition Line Quantity per period. A related detail report shows a tabular representation of the same data by calendar period. Column bar
Days From Requisition Creation to Approval Shows the number of days it takes for requisitions to be approved and for purchase orders to be prepared. A related detail report shows the same data in a tabular format by calendar period. Column bar
Pcard Order Count Compares the numbers of procurement card order to the total of requisition lines in a period. A related detail report shows the same data with Average Requisition Line Quantity, in a tabular format by period. Column bar
Pcard Order Value Compares the value of procurement card orders to the total of requisition lines value in a period. A related detail report shows these values in a tabular format by period:

Requisition Distribution Shows the Distribution Amount by dimension. A related detail report show the same data in a tabular format. Column bar
Requisition Line Count By Buyer Track the productivity of individual buyers in regard to requisition lines created. A related detail report shows the same measure alongside Quantity and Requisition Line Value, in a tabular format. Horizontal bar
Requisition Line Value By Buyer Tracks the productivity of individual buyers in regard to requisition line value. A related detail report shows the same measure alongside Quantity and Requisition Line Count, in a tabular format. Horizontal bar
Requisition By Status Compares the volumes of requisition by status. A related detail report shows a breakdown of the various statuses by Location: Unreleased, Released, In Process, Processed and rejected. Donut
Requisition Fulfillment Show requisition fulfillment by comparing requisition quantity to killed quantity per location. A related detail report shows these values by Requesting Location: Killed Quantity, Killed Value, Quantity and Requisition Line Value. Horizontal bar
Requisition Line Value Compares requisition line values across periods. A related detail report shows these values for the specified calendar period:

Requisition Returns Shows the line value of returned requisitions and compares them to all requisition line values in a period. A related detail report shows these values for the selected calendar period: Quantity, Requisition Line Value, Return Quantity and Return Value. Column bar
Requisition Value By Item Type Displays the requisition value for each item type. A related detail report shows Killed line count, killed quantity, lines to sourcing value, quantity, req line count, and req line value in a tabular format. Horizontal bar
Requisition Value Over Time Shows requisition values, Pcard Value, Requisition Line Value and Line to Sourcing Event, over a time period. A related detail report shows these values in a tabular format by calendar period
