Configuring the Report Configuration dashboard

Use this dashboard to select and define the name of accounts and funds to configure in these reports:

  • Consolidated Income Statement
  • Statement of Capital Expenditures
  • Government Wide – Statement of Net Position
  • Governmental Funds – Statement of Revenues, Expenditures, and Changes in Fund Balances
  • Proprietary Funds - Statement of Net Position
  • Proprietary Funds - Statement of Revenues, Expenditures, and Changes in Net Position
  • Government Wide - Statement of Activities
  1. Select Dashboards > Administration > Report Configuration.
  2. Select the reports tab to configure.
  3. In the Consolidated Income Statement tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account Structure. Setup revenue, expenses, and profit accounts that you must use on the chart.
  4. In the Statement of Capital Expenditures tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account structure. Setup or identify the Property Plants and Equipment and Accumulated Depreciation accounts that you must include in the report.
  5. In the Statement of Net Position tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account structure. Setup Fund Structure, Governmental Activities Fund, Business Type Activities Fund, and Component Units Fund that you must include in the report.
  6. In the Statement of Activities tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account structure. Setup Program Revenues, General Revenues, Expenses, and Fund Structure that you must include in the report. Transfers and Component units Fund is optional.
  7. In the Governmental Statement of Revenues tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account structure. Setup revenues, other financing sources, special items, Fund Structure, and expenses that you must include in the report.
  8. In the Proprietary Funds tab, select FEG, Reporting Basis, and the Chart Account structure. Setup Fund Structure, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service fund that you must include in the report.
Note: The Statement of Net Position, Statement of Activities, Governmental Statement of Revenues, and Proprietary Funds tabs are only enabled to users with the PublicSectorReport_ST role.
