Analytics user roles

This list contains the matching user roles that are delivered for Financials and Supply Management Analytics:

  • Buyer
  • Contract Manager
  • Inventory Manager
  • Payables Manager
  • Requester

The Contract Manager role is built specifically for the Matching solution. The Contract Manager role has permissions in Office Plus to view data in the Spend cube and permissions for these objects:

Dashboard Widgets and reports
Spend Analysis
  • Spend by Item Type
  • Contract Compliance by Month
  • Taxable Spend
  • Total Spend by Top Vendors
  • Percent Spend on AOC
