Monthly Requisition Lines by Location

The Monthly Requisition Lines by Location dashboard lists requisition lines grouped by requesting location.

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Vendor Orders by Buyer report which shows POs for each vendor per buyer.
• The Unreceived and Unmatched PO Lines report shows open PO Lines comparing unmatched and unreceived PO lines over time.
• The Percent On Off Contract report compares the percentage of order lines on and off contract over time.
• The PO Lines per Buyer report shows the PO line count per buyer by purchase order date.

Requisition Activity Analysis

The Requisition Activity Analysis dashboard has reports showing a high level overview of requisition activities

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Requisition Fulfillment report shows the count of fulfilled requisitions in each requesting location.
• The Requisitions by Vendor report shows the count of requisition records per vendor.
• The Requisition Lines by Requesting Location report shows the number of requisition lines per requesting location
• The Off Contract Req Lines report shows the number of requisitions lines that are classified as off contract. This is grouped by Vendor

Requisition Contract Compliance

The Requisition Contract Compliance dashboard has reports showing contract compliance in requisitions.

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Requisition Spend Category report shows the requisition line value of requesting locations per spend category.
• The Requisition Value by Spend Category report shows requisition line value per spend category.
• The Requisition Spend Category per Period report displays requisition line value by spend category over time.
• The Requisitions by Vendor report shows the requisition line count by vendor.

Requisition Expense

The Requisition Expense dashboard shows requisition lines and the corresponding expense detail.

The Requisition Expense By Requesting Location report contains the detail of requisition line per requesting location and includes requisition line value, item number, item type, req unit cost, requisition line count, on contract value, off contract value, and no contract value.

Requisition Fulfillment Details

The Requisition Fulfillment Detail report compares requested and fulfilled order lines. The detail includes, requisition number, requisition quantity, killed quantity, fulfilled quantity, fulfillment rate, kill rate,

Requisition Line Details

The Requisition Line Detail report shows the line details in each requisition record. It is a detailed report of RQ and RQ lines that shows in-depth detail such as item number, req unit cost, req line value, item type, catalog type, spend category, and so on.

Requisition Lines by Manufacturer

The Requisition Lines by Manufacturer dashboard shows the requisition lines associated with manufacturers.

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Requisition Lines by Manufacturer report is a bar chart showing req lines by manufacturer ranked high to low.
• The Manufacturers on Requisition Lines report lists details from requisition lines with manufacturers.

Requisition Lines by Requester

The Requisition Lines by Requester report lists requisition lines by requester including line detail of the items ordered, quantity, req loc, and requester,

Requisition Lines by Vendor

The Requisition Lines by Vendor dashboard shows the requisition line details per vendor, such as requisition line value, average requisition line count, and requisition line count.

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Requisition Lines by Vendor report shows the requisition line count for each vendor.
• The Top Requisition Vendors report shows the top vendors that have the greatest number of requisition records in a bar graph.

Requisition Overview

The Requisition Overview dashboard shows the general details of all records in the Requisition Module.

This dashboard contains these reports:

• The Requisitions by Source report shows the number of requisitions based on where the record is created (par location counts, requisition module in CSF, requisition self service)
• The Requisition to PO Lines report shows the comparison of the number of requisitions that require PO and those that do not.

Requisition Spend Category Detail

The Requisition Spend Category Detail report lists requester, requesting location, spend category, contract, vendor name, requisition number, item number, item description, unit cost, requisition quantity, and requisition line value.

Requisition Totals

The Requisition Totals report shows the summation of requisition line value, unit cost, requisition line count, average days from requisition creation to approval, and average days from requisition approval to PO creation in different levels:

• Per Requisition Number
• Per Requester
• Per Requesting Location
• Per Creation Date

Requisition Value Analysis

The Requisition Value Analysis dashboard contains these reports:

• The Top Requested Items report displays the trend for the item with the most requests from different requesting locations.
• The Top Requisition Vendors report displays the percentage of the top vendors based on the value of their requests (requisition value)
• The Requisitions by Spend Category report displays the percentage of requisitions lines per spend category
• The Requisition Line Value TY LY report compares the requisition line value this year (TY) from last year (LY) in bar graphs

Requisitioned Item Usage

The Requisition Item Usage report lists down item utilization that uses the value measure req quantity and usage measures:

• The Req 3 Days Usage measures sums the total requisition quantity used in the prior 3-day range and divides it by 3.
• The Req 30 Days Usage measures sums the total requisition quantity used in the prior 30-day range and divides it by 30.
