Several receivables reports are available in the dashboards for Receivables Management.

All detail reports with hierarchy are collapsed to show the highest level only. To view more details, click to expand.

Applied vs Unapplied Amounts

The Applied vs Unapplied Amounts dashboard displays the summary of outstanding amount, applied amount based on customer, and unapplied payments based on operator.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Outstanding Invoice Amount by Customer report shows the outstanding invoice amount based on the customer.
  • The Unapplied Amount by Customer report shows the unapplied amount based on the customer.
  • The Applied vs Unapplied Amount report compares the applied amount and unapplied amount based on the period.
  • The Unapplied Payments by Operator detail report which shows the unapplied amount of a payment number which includes customer, company, and receivable operator name details

The filters used for slicing data are:

Customer Analysis

The Customer Analysis dashboard displays summarized information about customers.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Top 10 Customers by Credit Limit Used report shows the top customers based on credit limit used.
  • The Overdue Invoice Count report shows the overdue invoices count based on the customer.
  • The Unapplied Amount by Customer report displays the unapplied payments based on the customer.
  • The Dunning Letters by Customers report shows the last dunning letters based on the customer.
  • The Outstanding Invoice Amount by Territory report shows the outstanding invoice amount based on the territory.
  • The Outstanding Invoice Amount by Customer report shows the outstanding invoice amount based on the customer.

Customer Invoice Aging

The Customer Invoice Aging dashboard displays customer invoice aging details.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Customer Aging Report report compares the outstanding invoice amount and total outstanding invoice amount per customer based on the different aging buckets.
  • The Aging by Class report compares the outstanding invoice amount of different aging buckets with total outstanding invoice amount based on customer major class.
  • The Customer Aging Details detailed report shows outstanding invoice amount per aging bucket which includes customer details, transaction ID, and transaction type columns.

Invoice Aging Analysis

The Invoice Aging Analysis dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Customer Aging report compares the outstanding amount and total outstanding amount for a customer per aging bucket.
  • The Aging by Credit Analyst report shows an outstanding amount based on credit analyst for each aging bucket.
  • The Aging by Class report shows an outstanding amount based on major class for each aging bucket.

Invoice Detail

The Invoice Detail dashboard displays the detail of invoices which includes invoice, invoice type, batch number, status, terms code, transaction date, general ledger date, payment due date, origin, open amount, invoice amount currency amount, original currency, days to pay, transaction category, payment code, discount date, and sales representative name for company and customer.

The filters used for slicing data are:

  • Receivable Invoice Status

Invoice Overview

The Invoice Detail dashboard displays the summary of invoice details.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Top Customers by Invoices report compares invoice count and invoice amount based on the customers.
  • The Invoice Amount report shows invoice amount per period.
  • The Invoice Amount by Origin or Status report shows invoice amount based on both origin and status. Clicking status in the chart drills to the Invoice Detail report.
  • The Invoice Amount by Sales Representative report shows invoice amounts based on sales representative. Clicking a Sales Rep in the report redirects you to the Invoice Detail report.

Overdue Invoices

The Overdue Invoices dashboard displays detailed information of overdue invoices that includes invoice, transaction date, payment due date, overdue days, invoice amount currency amount, open amount and currency for company and customer.

  • Customer Company
  • Process Level
  • Year
  • Year/month

Payment Analysis

The Payment Analysis dashboard shows the summary of payment information.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Payments by Customer report shows payments made by individual customers. Clicking a customer redirects you to the Payment Detail dashboard.
  • The Type of Payment report shows payments based on the type of payment. Clicking a payment type drills down to the Payment Detail report.
  • The Customer Advances report shows advance payments made by the customer.
  • The Payments by Status shows payments based on status. Clicking a status in the chart drills to the Payment Detail report.

Payment Detail

The Payment Detail report displays detailed information of payments that include receivable payment header, process level, receivable payment, status, deposit bank code, payment number, type of payment, deposit date, general ledger date, cash code, transaction amount, and original currency for the company and customer.

Revenue Overview

The Revenue Overview dashboard displays the summary of overall revenue generated.

This dashboard contains these reports:

  • The Top Customers by Revenue report shows the top customers based on the revenue.
  • The Revenue by Year Month report shows revenue based on the period.
  • The Revenue by Origin report shows revenue based on the origin.
  • The Revenue by Sales Representative report shows revenue based on the sales representative.
