Administration, Reconciliation, and Cost Validation dashboards

These dashboards are used to review your configuration, new cost objects, and uploaded driver events. It includes reports for reviewing your allocation run.

TrueCost Configuration

The report shows a list of TrueCost configurations in the system and highlights incorrect parameters in the setup.

New Cost Objects

The report shows new cost object included in the department logs but are not yet defined in the application’s cost object hierarchy.

Driver Events - Unit Count

The report is a report template for Driver Events - Procedure Count.

Driver Events - Duration

The report is a report template for Driver Events - Procedure Duration.

Driver Events - Statistics

The report is a report template for Driver Events using your Statistical Accounts.

Error Logs

This dashboard has these reports:
  • Errors - Driver Event Details - shows a list of Encounters from the uploaded Events where the Cost Object is not found in CSF Cost Object Hierarchy.
  • Errors - Encounters - shows a list of Encounters from the uploaded Encounters where the Department Code is not found in the current Department Mappings.
  • Errors - Clinical Department Mappings to Cloudsuite Financials - shows a list of Department Code from the uploaded Department Mappings where any of the Finance Dimensions is not defined in CSF.

Driver Events Comparison

The dashboard shows the percent change of the total driver amount between a specific period. It shows the values from the specified Year and Month against the current values or another year and month as specified by the user in the To Fiscal Year and To Fiscal Month filters.

This dashboard has these reports:
  • The Driver Event Comparison widget is a detail report that shows old value and new value of the driver amount for the Departments and Cost Objects between the selected fiscal years and months.
  • The Driver Event - Cost Object - Pct Change widget is a detail report that shows the TrueCost Driver, Cost Object and Department with their Previous and Current Amount based on the selected year and month for comparison.

Resource Utilization Review

The dashboard shows the percent change of the event quantity from uploaded events log between a specific period. It shows the values from the specified Year and Month against the current values or another year and month as specified by the user in the To Fiscal Year and To Fiscal Month filters.

  • The Resource Utilization - Cost Object widget is a detail report that shows old value and new value of the event quantity for the cost objects in each department between the selected fiscal years and months.

    The Resource Utilization - Department widget is a detail report that shows old value and new value of the event quantity for the departments and cost objects between the selected fiscal years and months.

Allocation Review

Use the dashboard to review the allocation transaction details for a specific allocation run. It presents the snapshot amount per account and the allocated amount to every department and cost objects on each step.
