User sees an empty screen with a frowning document icon when trying to access Infor Birst or CSF Analytics

This message is displayed: “ refused to connect.“

Troubleshooting step: This happens in incognito windows in the Chrome browser. The cookie is blocked by default and must be allowed. Click the lock icon at the left of the URL bar, click Cookies, go to the Blocked tab, select the cookie, and click Allow.
