Setting up and enabling the ICBI widget in Infor Ming.le

Perform these steps to set up and enable the ICBI widget in your Infor Ming.le Context Applications pane.
Note: You must belong to the MingleAdministrator or Infor-SystemAdministrator role to set up and configure the ICBI widget.
  1. In Infor Ming.le, select User Menu > Admin Settings.
  2. In the Admin Settings window, click Manage Context / Utility Apps > In-Context BI for FSMBIRST.
  3. In the Permissions tab, click the Check box Grant access to all users if you want to give access to all the users. Alternatively, you can add New Users directly or users with specific IFS Security roles.
  4. Click the Settings tab and specify the Space ID and Identity Provider ID values.
    1. In Infor Ming.le, select User Menu > Admin Settings > Manage Applications.
    2. Double-click the CSF Analytics App.
    3. In Application Details, click the Custom Parameters tab. The values of Space ID and Identity Provider ID are displayed.
    4. Copy and paste these values into the In-Context BI for FSMBIRT context application settings.
  5. On the Applications tab, click Add/Remove Applications.
  6. Select Infor FSM from the Available list and add it to the Selected list.
  7. Click Done.
  8. On the Applications tab, toggle the Enabled slider to enable the newly added application.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Optional. Reorder the widgets in the Context Viewer pane.
    1. Select the Manage Applications tab.
    2. Double-click the Infor FSM application to open Application Details.
    3. In Application Details, click Manage Context / Utility Apps.
    4. Drag to reorder the applications.
    5. Click Save.
    Note: 

    The ICBI widget can be configured to show on every screen or only on specific screens in FSM. The configuration is global and affects the visibility of the ICBI widget in the Context Viewer pane. This does not affect which report is shown on which screen. Setting up which report shows on specific screens in FSM is managed through the tagging feature within Birst.
