- Send GMDN PT details from Contract Management Special to Clinical Bridge via webservice call.

Create an IDM document template for Contract containing allowances
This update affects the allowances section of the contract IDM document.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Select Supply Management > Contract Processing > Manage Contracts.
- Create a service contract type.
- To ensure that you are using IDM, you can open the Contract Classification you are using, in Classification Detail tab select Use IDM and assign updated Sample Contract IDM Template.
- On the Change Order And Allowances tab, select: Create Allowance Header.
- Create lines with allowances.
- Release and create a contract document.
- Verify that the allowances section is displayed in the generated IDM document.
If allowances don't exist in the record, the allowances section in the generated IDM document is not displayed.

- Select Supply Management > Shared Processes > Sample Document Templates.
- From Sample Document Templates, you can check the updated Contract Sample IDM Template FactSheet, Sample Contract XML and Sample Contract IDM Template.
Use these steps to test the Sample Contract IDM Template:
- Select Supply Management > Contract Processing > Manage Contracts
- Create a contract.
- To ensure that you are using IDM, open the Contract Classification and select Use IDM.
- On Classification Detail tab, Assign IDM templates in Contract Defaults section.
- On Articles Tab, Create some articles with terms and condition in multiple levels.
- Release and Create Contract Document.
- Check the generated document. Verify that the numbering in articles column of the generated documents are not displayed.
- Create Addendum and update Articles, Terms and Conditions.
- Activate
- Click Contract Version in the Contract tab.
- Click Print.
- Verify that the Addendum Document Template is assigned.
- Create Addendum Contract Document. The Numbering in Articles column of the generated documents are not displayed.

Clarify when a Contract Line or Member can be used for cost defaulting
This is a change to clarify when a contract line or member can be used for cost defaulting. A new form is added that shows the components that determine if a line or member is available for cost defaulting.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- View these contract types:
- non manufacturer distributor
- manufacturer
- distributor
- service
- In each case, on the line list, verify that a link is displayed under the "Can Be used For Cost Defaulting" column.
- The link opens a Cost Defaulting Components form which uses tags to show which conditions that determine cost defaulting are valid.
- On manufacturer and distributor contracts, there is a similar link and form for line members.
- The Use For Cost Defaulting flag, since it is not commonly changed manually, has been moved from the top of the Contract Line and Contract Line Member form to the bottom.

Add Contract Review Date to options of dates that can be updated in Manage Date Changes process

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Create a Contract and add lines.
- Verify that the Review Date is a display only field.
- Click the Manage Date Changes link next to the dates.
- Run the Update Contract Dates action.
- Verify that the Review Date field is displayed.
- Specify a Review Date that is outside of the current or future date range.
- Verify that you receive an error regarding review date.
- Specify a Review Date that is within the date range.
- Verify that the Review Date is updated on the contract.
- Test the process in Contract Interface for a non GPO Contract. The pertinent action is Update Dates On Contract.

Add missing fields from Item to ContractLine and ContractLineImport for special items and Item Information Worksheet

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- For the Contract Classification that you will be using, set the Show Healthcare Information on Contract Lines to true.
- Use a Contract Type where Special Item Options is set to Create Item With Process.
- Set the Vendor Business Group Use HSN/SAC Code to true. Also add an HSN/SAC Code if one does not exist.
- Create a Contract Interface record using the Contract Type from above and lines for special items. On the lines enter a value for the following fields -Usage Identifier, HSN/SAC Code, Patient Chargeable (true), Clinical System In Use (true), Latex, HCPCS Code, and Charge Number. Set the line Update Function to Create.
- Create a Contract from the Contract Interface. View the newly created contract lines.
- Verify that there is a value in the Usage Identifier (in Healthcare Information) and HSN/SAC code fields on Contract lines.
- Release and Activate the Contract. In Maintain Item Worksheet, view the resulting items (the Run Group will contain the Contract Number).
- Verify that proper values are displayed in the fields noted in step 4.
- Create an Item from the worksheet (Create Item Information action).
- View the resulting Item. Navigate to the Results tab and open the top result in the list to show Items.
- Verify that the Item contains the proper values in the fields noted in step 4.

Add option to not process special items to GPO processing

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Select an Interface Contract for either Vizient or HealthTrust which has some lines for itemmast and some for special items. The Contract should also have an associated distributor contract.
- Create a GPO Contract item for the Contract (you must do this using a configuration) for a Vendor Item that is associated with an Item master record. Additionally, create a distributor instance of this item.
- Create an item as in step 2, but make it a special item.
- Also in GPO Contract item for the interface contract, change the cost for one item associated with a special item, and for one item associated with an Item master item. Again, it will be necessary to use a configuration.
- On the Interface Contract, run the action Check for New and Updated Items for this Record. Check Auto Update Contracts and then check the Process Item Master Only option.
- View the results on the Interface Contract- Expected results- The item master items will update and create on the Manufacturer and Distributor Contracts. The special items will not. Their update functions of Create and Update will still display on the Interface Contract.

Allow Create Commitment to be changed from no Commitments to some commitment setting after Contract is activated.
A Contract that has been activated, even if it has invoices or Purchase Orders against it, can now have Create Commitments changed something other than No, and will calculate the correct commitment amount

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Toggle the Contract Group > Allow Commitments to be Turned on For Contracts that have been activated flag to true.
- Create a service contract with no commitments. Release and activate the contract.
- Create an invoice against the contract for part of the contract line amounts and release it.
- Set the contract to amendment or addendum.
- Specify a Commitment Company, and attempt to change the Create Commitments flag to Line.
- Expected results- The flag will be allowed to be changed. The line Use Commitments flags will be set to true. Commitments will be created for the lines for the line max amounts less invoiced amounts.
- Specify a Header commitment account and max amount, and attempt to set the flag to Header. Expected results- You will be allowed to change the flag, the line commitments will be removed, and a header commitment will be created for the header max amount less the invoiced amount.
- If you use a non service type contract for commitments, test the same process.
- Attempt to set the Commitment flag to No. Expected results- You will not be allowed to set it back.
- NOTE- You will not be allowed to turn on commitments for fully invoiced or ordered lines (where ordered or invoiced amount is equal to max amount).

Allow change of Vendor Items on several Contracts without erroring on "same manufacturer info, different vendor item"

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Create two contracts with UOMs Must Match for Specials set to true.
- Add two lines to each contract for special items with the same Vendor Item and Manufacturer Information, but different UOMs.
- Change the Vendor Item on all of the lines. Verify that you received no errors.
- Release and activate the contracts. Verify that you received no errors.
- Repeat steps 1 - 4. Ensure that one of the Vendor Items is different (with the same manufacturer information).
- When the second contract is activated, verify that the line with the different vendor item receives an error record.
- Change the vendor item to match. Verify that the error record is cleared.
- Add a new line to the active contract with matching manufacturer information and a different vendor item. Verify that an error record is created immediately.
