Allow Special Items in RSS Substitute Item List

The Item type is displayed in the RSS substitute item list.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

An item type column has been added in the substitute item list to include the display of the Item type for the records that are listed as a substitute.

To test the enhancement:

The Adding a Special or Service Item page in RSS now gives users an option to search for an exact item. The requester can do a Contains search or an Equals search, and the item search performs an advanced search.
