Add new menu item for Project Accountant to access Global Ledger Analysis reports

Global Ledger added a new analysis capability in CU 2021.10 for accounting unit and FD1 analysis. Project Accountants previously had access to account analysis. They now have access to all three dimension analysis reports.

Verify that the Project Accountant role can see all new dimension analysis reports for Global Ledger and Projects under the Dimension Analysis menu.

Add a new tab to project balances that only displays totals for the core ledger

Users want an option to only display project balances for the core ledger without filtering each time. A new tab has been added to project balances to only display totals for the core ledger.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

There are two tabs for project balances: Account core ledger and Account. Verify that the Account Core ledger tab only displays core ledger and the Account tab displays all ledgers if multiple ledgers are used.

Add new Project Amount Analysis and Project Trend Analysis Reports

New cube view reports were added for dimension analysis for projects. Project Amount Analysis and Project Trend Analysis reports were added under the Dimension Analysis menu.

Verify that the Dimension Analysis menu is displayed for the Project Accountant role. Verify the two new cube view reports for Project Amount Analysis and Project Trend Analysis.
