Use these steps to test this enhancement:

  1. Sign in to Infor Go.
  2. Select 4.0 Harness4*CSF.
  3. Select Receivables Manager.
  4. Go to Home Page and click Customers.
  5. In Customers, perform these actions:
    • Search
    • Keyword search
    • Update
    • Update PaymentCode
  6. Go to Home Page and click Invoices.
  7. In the Invoice panel, perform these actions:
    • Search
    • Update
    • Release unreleased invoices
    • Update distributions

New elements have been added for Sync.invoice BOD when tax table code is used in billing invoice lines.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Verify this basic setup:
    1. In Finance Enterprise Group, select the BODtrigger check box.
    2. Define the Service Definition as ReceivableInvoiceService.
    3. Define the Processes as FSM_ION_SyncInvoice_Outbound.lpd.
  2. Trigger SyncInvoice BOD for Infor Localization Services, using BillingInvoice with Tax scenario.
  3. Verify that the BOD triggers, that work unit is generated, and that respective tax table code changes are reflected in respective xpath of XML.

Ability to attach document to Request New Customer action

You can now attach a document when performing the Request New Customer action.

To test this enhancement, run the Request New Customer action and verify that you can specify an attachment. Verify that upon approval, the attachment that is specified becomes an attachment for the Customer record.

Use these steps to test this enhancement:

  1. Verify this basic setup:
    1. In Finance Enterprise Group, select the BODtrigger check box.
    2. Define the Service Definition as ReceivableInvoiceService.
    3. Define the Processes as FSM_ION_SyncInvoice_Outbound.lpd.
    4. Verify that the BOD triggers, that work unit is generated, and the new element is present in respective xpath.

Electronic Government ID field added to Customer

An electronic government ID field was added to Customer, Company Customer Import, and Company Customer Conversion business classes.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Open a customer record.
  2. On the Main tab, verify that you can specify a value for the Electronic Government ID field.
  3. Import the record and verify that the customer record created shows the specified Electronic Government ID value.
  4. Create a company customer conversion record and, in the Company 2 tab, specify a value for the Electronic Government ID field.
  5. Convert the record and verify the customer record that is created shows the specified Electronic Government ID value.
