Employee labor distribution salary cap processing for employees working less than 1 FTE is supported.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

• ProjectEmployee business class
• Salary Encumbrance and Distribute Labor actions

Use these steps to test this enhancement:

1. Add a project employee with FTE less than 1 with salary in excess of the salary cap.
2. Assign an employee to the project.
3. Run salary encumbrance and labor distribution.
4. Salary cap maximum will be calculated using this formula:

   (salary cap maximum x FTE / labor period frequency x actual percent) = maximum distribution amount
