Added options for displaying documents on Supplier portal home page

Program/Business class/Process affected: Supplier Portal

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. In Supplier Group > Links and Instructions, add a record with an Attachment. Make it be available to anonymous users.
  2. View Supplier Portal as an Anonymous user.
  3. The attachment should display on the bottom list on the main page
  4. Verify that the attachment can be opened.
  5. Open the Links and Instructions menu item and verify the attachment can be opened.
  6. Verify the same signed in as Supplier.

Additional options for supplier created invoices

Needed a way to control the information that suppliers can enter for supplier created invoices.

Program/Business class/Process affected: Supplier creation of invoices on Supplier Portal

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. For a Supplier that has access to enter invoices and has an associated vendor, select these check boxes: Allow Purchase Orders To Be Viewed That Have Invoices Entered Internally and Require All Invoices To Be Entered On Supplier Portal.
  2. Select Manage Invoices and attempt to create an invoice for the Vendor that is associated with the Supplier. You should receive an error that you cannot.
  3. Create a purchase order for the vendor and receive it.
  4. Create an invoice in Manage Invoices for the purchase order, but only for part of the full quantity on the purchase order line.
  5. Release the invoice.
  6. Sign in to Supplier Portal as the associated Supplier.
  7. Select Order Management > Create Invoices and create a Match Invoice.
  8. View the Select for Purchase Orders. The PO that was partially invoiced in Manage Invoices should be displayed on the list.

Allow Bank Entity and Bank Account Number to be confirmed

Program/Business class/Process affected: Supplier maintenance

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Select Country Bank Information and for a particular country, select these check boxes: Confirm Bank Entity and Confirm Bank Account number. Confirm Bank Account should be available after you select Bank Entity and Bank Account Number.
  2. Verify that the Supplier Group allows Bank Information to be entered
  3. Add a new Supplier. After a new supplier is added, bank information should be available. Ensure that the validation field for Bank Entity and Bank Account Number is displayed and that you are required to specify values.
  4. An error should occur if the values do not match.
  5. Test initial entry and update of these values.
  6. Test at Supplier and Supplier contact level.
  7. Test from internal and Supplier Portal side.
