Added document mapping for Warehouse Bill of Lading for manual attachment in IDM
Related Information context app is throwing an error saying no mapping is found for Bill Of Lading screens (PrintedBillsOfLading form and BillOfLading list). This happens because no Business Context Model is defined in IDM for the mentioned screens.
