Create Recall Notice from Supplier Portal

An edit was added to the Create Recall Notice action from Supplier Portal when the supplier must be a vendor.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

  • Creation of Notices by Supplier

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Verify that suppliers can create recall notices in Supplier Group > Supplier Portal Access.
  2. In Supplier Portal, sign in as a valid Supplier that is not associated with a vendor.
  3. Select Manage Notices > Report A Notice.
  4. Specify the required information and click Next.
  5. Verify that an error message is displayed that indicates you cannot report a notice until you have been set up as a vendor.

Run Product Transaction query after NRAC retrieval

Selecting the check box to run Product Transaction query after NRAC retrieval is now working correctly.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

  • Running Product Transaction query after creating notices from NRAC

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Set the Queue for Recall to save history.
  2. Set the defaults in the Item Lifecycle Management Group for the Default Product Transaction query parameters for purchase orders.
  3. Run the action to retrieve NRAC notices for a short date range.
  4. Select the Run Product Transaction Query check box after creating notices.
  5. After the process has run, verify that all of the processes are completed.
  6. Verify that the PO queries Recall Purchase Order Line and Manufacturer Number query ran.
  7. Verify the processes.
