Added the ability to enable tracking of UDI for Inventory Transactions.

Use this information to test the enhancement:
Creation and Release of Inventory Transactions – Inventory Receipt, Inventory Issue, Inventory Transfer, and Adjustment -- for items that are UDI tracked. Verify that the correct quantities and details including lot and serial number, are updated to inventory.

You can now enable tracking of UDI Details for Inventory Transactions when type is Inventory Transfer
- UDI Detail tracking of Inventory Transactions for Inventory Transfer, Intransit Receiving, and Receiving Transfer
- Use this information to test the enhancement:
- Creation and Release of Inventory Transactions of type Inventory Transfer, both Direct and Intransit Transfer, for items that are UDI tracked. Verify that the correct quantities and details, including lot and serial number are updated to inventory.

Confirm that in line lists you can now access the ItemDashboardForm by using the hyperlinks on items: Inventory Line Transaction, Purchase Order Line, Contract Line, Warehouse Shipment Line, and Warehouse Demand Line.
