Create MSCM link to view delivery signatures in Requisition to Invoice Payment

Need link in Requisition to Invoice Payment contextual application for the user to access/view delivery signatures captured in MSCM.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

Added an MSCM link beside the requisition and receiver number in the Requisition to Invoice Payment contextual application.

Required configuration in Administration Console/Configuration Parameters

Note: The link to MSCM portal is always enabled in the Requisition to Invoice Payment contextual application, if MSCM server URL is added in the connection configuration.
