Add purchase date range as filter for the Asset Addition Report

The purchase date is the asset High purchase date stored on the asset. It represents the most recent purchase date of the assets related items. This has been added to the parameters of the asset addition report

To test this enhancement, verify the use of the asset purchase date parameter. While this is not a range, 4.0 controls will allow any date parameter to act as a range.
