Asset number sequence

Fixed the issue with AssetImport leaving gaps in the Asset Sequence numbers after import errors are corrected.

Use these steps to test this enhancement:

  1. Verify that you can add an asset through import when there is an error in the AssetItemImport. Next, correct the errors in AssetItemImport and perform the AssetImport again. Verify that asset sequence number is not missing in between.
  2. Update the error on AssetBookImport and perform the import again. Verify that the asset sequence numbers are not missing.
  3. The asset will not appear in lists of asset system when import errors aren't corrected.
