Budgets CU69

This section contains enhancements in Infor CloudSuite Financials for 11.0.69.0.

When account is used in the template, add a confirmation message when a budget identifier is removed from the summary account or Include in Budget Edit is unselected in the posting account

Changing or removing the Budget Identifier on a summary account which previously had one should ask for confirmation if one or more Budget Templates in the same Chart refer to it. Similarly, unselecting IncludeInBudgetEdit on a posting account should ask for confirmation if one or more Budget Templates in the same Chart track accounts at posting level.

Use this information to test the enhancement:

With one Ready template tracking posting accounts, clear Include In Budget Edit on a posting account in the same Chart and verify there is a confirmation message referring to the template. With 2 or more templates tracking posting accounts in the same Chart, verify that there is a confirmation message where 1 template is referred to and a count of the other(s) is provided. With no templates tracking posting accounts, there should be no confirmation message.

With one Ready template tracking summary accounts, remove or change the Budget Identifier on a summary account in the same Chart and verify there is a confirmation message referring to the template. With 2 or more templates tracking summary accounts in the same Chart, verify that there is a confirmation message where 1 template is referred to and a count of the other(s) is provided. With no templates tracking summary accounts, there should be no confirmation message.
