Email and print output documents

Documents that were created through IDM template can be distributed by print or email. To enable these functions, each output document has a flag located on different parts of FSM that enables the print and email functionality.

In emailing, the IDM email template and email subject helps you create a dynamic email content. These are assigned to a specific output document. In printing, output documents can be printed through email-enabled printers and IDM enterprise printers.
