Importing IDM configuration files

The IDM configuration files are imported automatically every CU release. Use this procedure to check whether the import is successful. You can also manually import the failed configuration files. You must have an IDM administrator role to perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator.
  2. Select Supply Management > Shared Processes > IDM Configuration.
  3. Open a record.
  4. To check whether the configuration file is imported, select the XML Files tab.
  5. To manually import the configuration files that were not automatically imported, perform these steps:
    1. Click Import to IDM.
    2. Click Submit. The status must be Imported.
  6. To check whether the connection is successful, select the Connection tab and click Test Connection.
