Payables email recipients

The Payables Payment Output Check, Remittance Advice and Wire Transfer email recipient is searched first through the Vendor Location (Remit To Location). If not found, the email address is search through the Vendor.

If enabled in IDM Document Email Distribution, you can also include other Vendor Contact’s email address as one of the recipients for these output documents:

• Credit Memo
• Debit Memo
• Payment Check
• Remittance Advice
