Syncing printers from IDM to FSM

Use this procedure to add all IDM printers of the enabled print service to FSM. All non-existing printers in IDM automatically becomes inactive.

  1. Select Application Administrator > Financials > Shared Processes > Printer Setup > IDM Printers.
  2. Click Sync IDM Printers.
    Note: If a specific IDM printer is not available, contact your IDM administrator to register the printer in IDM. For email-enabled printer, see Adding an email-enabled printer for IDM.
