IDM printer

IDM output management supports two types of printers. With the email-enabled printer, you can print by emailing the document to the email address of the printer. The application administrator can directly create an IDM printer in FSM.

Another printer type is IDM Enterprise Print (IEP). This printing service is developed by IDM. The IEP service is managed by the IDM Administrator that can enable a location and register printers to it. Registering printers to IEP is a prerequisite to add IDM printers within FSM. Note: If you are transitioning from Google Cloud Print to the IDM Enterprise Print Service, you must make a request to your IDM administrator to add the printer in IDM Enterprise Print using the same printer ID as the Google Cloud printer.
