Contract configurations
The term and condition attachment, also referred to as exhibit, is appended at the end of
these documents when generated:
- Contract document
- Contract redline document
- Addendum document
The exhibits must be in .DOCX format. Any other format is rejected. To access the exhibits, perform these actions:
- For articles and terms repository, and contract records, sign in as Supply Management Administrator. Select .
- For contract records with unsupported attachments, sign in as Contract Manager and open the contract record. Select the Alert Links tab and click .
