Querying for IDM images

Use IDM Images to query Infor Document Management for images and copy the XQuery for a specific image to be retrieved for use in the generated document.

Select Content Source > IDM Image.
Search for a key word in the IDM Image name field and click Search.
Select an image from the result list, and select Copy Filepath. You can paste this file path into a content control that is inserted as an image.

Note: Optionally, you can select an image from the result list and select Copy Image. You can paste this image directly onto the word document.
You can also select an image from the result list, and select Copy XQuery. This is used in the IDM properties editor to create a Word image content control.
