US1099 form

When generating US1099 Forms, you have the option to print Copy A on top of the actual IRS forms. Copy A of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form must be removed first from the bundle through perforation before printing. Additional configuration is needed when printing is triggered. The perforated Copy A form has a size of 8x11 inches, and the printer properties should be set to print on this specified size.

  1. Select Actual Size.
  2. Clear the Choose paper source by PDF page size check box.
  3. Click Print.
Google Chrome

Microsoft Edge
  1. Click Print using System Dialog.
  2. On Printer Preferences, select Custom Paper Size.
  3. Set document size to 8x11.
  4. Click Print.

Other copies of the 1099 form, such as Copy B and Copy C, are printed on a letter-size paper which is 8.5x11 inches.
