Updated Lease Adoption Date List Name

Updated the name of the Lease Adoption Date list to Lease Adoption Dates

Allow user to update adoption dates within the list instead of using called out action.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Open Lease Adoption List option from the Setup menu. The name should be Lease Adoption Dates
  2. Click Lease Adoption Date column to test the ability to update the list.

Access to Classification and Description when lease status is unreleased, add save button to asset

User could not access Lease Classification or Description when status was unreleased. The only option to save Asset Items when creating new asset is save and add another.

Use this information to test the enhancement:

  1. Verify that Lease Classification and Lease Description are editable on the Main tab of the lease dashboard when Lease status is unreleased.
  2. Verify that they are hidden when status is Released.
  3. Create new asset item, and test whether Save and Save and Add another button work.

Security changes for Lease Management module

Program/business class/process affected:

  1. Lease Management related business classes in security classes that contain LM as part of the name.

    LMBasicProcessing_ST.secclass, LMSetupAdmin_ST.secclass

  2. Changes on IEFINCommonViewInformation_ST, this will make all users get this security access. changes made for all related business classes.
  3. Replaced unconditional to new condition as below inside the security classes.

    Company.SecurityGroupAllowsAccess

  1. Restrict the users to view or access the data for company level information at assigned roles.
  2. Enable Company security groups. Attached a sample detailed test document for one scenario.
