This enhancement provides additional information on Email to task owner.

  • Notice processing and creation of tasks

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Sign in as application administrator.
  2. Select Item Lifecycle Management Processing > Search > Task Search.
  3. Select a task for a responder that uses an email address that you can access and click Send Email Reminder.
  4. Expected result: In the Email that you receive, verify that the Notice # and Coordinator name are in the content.

Improvements to New Item Proposal wizard

Changed message in final step of Product creation when creating Item Proposal for Requester.

  • New Item Proposal process

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

  1. Sign in as a Requester.
  2. Select New Item Proposals > Propose A New Item.
  3. Specify the required fields for the first step in the New Item Proposal process. Click Next Click Propose Product.
  4. Specify required fields and click Next to get to Summary form.
  5. Verify that there is text in the Summary form that states: Click Finish To Complete Entry Of Product.
  6. In the Summary form, click Finish (in 3.5 UI, there will be two Finish buttons, in 4.0 UI there will be one)
